The complete service, recommended annually or every two years for intensive use. The bike is largely taken apart.
Contents: everything from the Service, plus a complete cleaning of the frame and drivetrain, degreasing and re-lubricating the drivetrain, checking and re-greasing the bearings (headset, bottom bracket, hubs), replacing cables and outer cables if necessary, a complete software audit, a detailed battery report (capacity, cell balance, estimated remaining lifespan), treating all electrical connectors with dielectric grease (extra important for a fat tyre in mud/sand/beach conditions) and a test ride afterwards.
