It all began in a garage in Amsterdam. Three friends with a shared passion for vehicles, craftsmanship and design came up with a design for an electric bike that looks unlike anything else on the road. The result: Phatfour.

Our fatbikes are handmade in the Netherlands. We use high-quality steel, shaped with the most modern bending machines and welded by Dutch craftspeople. Every detail gets attention; from the faux-leather saddle to the very last bolt.

At Phatfour we believe an e-bike is more than a means of transport. It's an extension of your personality. That's why you can customise your Phatfour entirely to your own taste with accessories such as a front or rear rack, child seat, lock holder, phone holder and even a surfboard holder.

All our bikes meet every EU standard and are equipped with a powerful Bafang 250W rear-wheel motor. With hydraulic disc brakes you always stay in control, and with the fat tyres you ride comfortably over any terrain.
